Innovation in Leadership Development

It supports pretty much our experiences with customers from our day to day business, although the research data is from 2009 and only based on responses received from some 111 senior Corporate Executives, Heads of Human Resources and of Learning & Organizational Development plus thoughts of some fifty experienced practitioners involved in executive coaching as well as in designing, developing and facilitating Leadership Development programs.
We are happy to see that managers value our way of designing Leadership Development programmes – Firstly in line with and supported by the organisation’s strategy and secondly to be used to support organisational change The results of the research were conducted by the Institute of Executive Development in partnership with Mannaz.
